Who We Are
Thomas Sweeting
Founder and Partner
Thomas Sweeting has been co-owner of Pacific Shores General Contracting, Inc. for nearly ten years and founded his own electrical company in 1985. He first got his electrical contractor’s license at the age of 25 and worked alongside his father and brother for many years. Pacific Shores Electric was established in 1991 and was incorporated in 2017 with his business partner, David Robinson. Thomas has built and managed projects across California, Arizona, Texas, Idaho, Washington, and elsewhere.
Dave Robinson
Founder and Partner
David Robison along with Thomas Sweeting founded Pacific Shores General Contracting, Inc. David has helped grow the company outside of California to the Pacific North West and runs operations in the region from their Idaho location. Dave has been in the industry for over 30 years.
Joann Chambers
Administration
Joann has been in the construction industry for 36 years working with electrical contractors, landscaping and general contractors. She has worked on government projects for the General Service Agencies, Treasurer's office, court rooms, and jail facilities as well as Cigna Health facilities and other commercial tenant improvements. Joann has experience with project management, and is fluent in the industry standard AIA contract documents. She is also an experienced Office Manager and has been managing both Pacific Shores Electric, Inc. and PSGC, Inc. since they’ve started.
